Dixie is a 2.5 year old 8.8lb. piebald dachshund located in the Kansas City, MO area. Out-of-state adopters are expected to travel to the location of the dog.
Dixie is good with all dogs and kids older than 6 years old. She would do best in a home with another dog and a fenced in yard as she loves being outside. Her foster has a dog door and often they find her outside sunning her belly. She loves people, giving kisses, and is doing well with housetraining with the dog door. She also sleeps in a crate at night and doesn't make a peep. She's a really sweet, gorgeous girl. Adopters will need to continue to work with her on housetraining.
