Spencer is the last of Harley's puppies who hasn't been adopted. He doesn't understand why he's still waiting for his forever home. He's a sweet, snuggly playful boy with the short stocky body of his mom (Harley). We believe dad was a Feist mix in the home, so he should stay small to medium in size. He's a perfect addition to any home.
