Rowdy is an 11-month old, double dapple dachshund who is completely deaf, but can see well enough to get around. He does have a micro eye and likely only sees shadows out of the other. Rowdy loves people, dogs, and even cats. He would do best in a home where someone is home most of the time and/or where he has a buddy dog to share crates, etc.
