In typical Double Dapple fashion, Gunner is vision and hearing impaired. His foster believes he has partial sight in one eye, and can hear some very loud noises. He can be skittish at first, but once he gets to know and trust you, you’ll be his person forever and he will most likely be your shadow.
Gunner loves to be outdoors in his fenced backyard so he can run and play. He also loves to go on car rides with you. Gunner sleeps well in his crate at night. He currently wears a belly band because he has terrible house manners, but is getting much better with the guidance of his Foster Mom. He knows how to go in and out of the doggie door and has mastered going up and down the ramps in his foster home. Gunner loves to sit on your lap and snuggle and know he is loved. Once he feels safe in his environment he’s a very happy dog, and he would love to have another dog to play with.
He has not been kid or cat tested.
