Meet sweet little man Freddie. Freddie has a birth defect in his front legs and has trouble getting around. He can walk and get around, but would do best in a home where he can lounge all day and be carried often. TDR is currently working to get him a front wheelchair that would give him more functionality and hopefully reduce any arthritic pain in his front legs. He loves being with his person and would be great for a retired individual or someone who works from home. Freddie is a good, calm boy who just wants his forever home. Freddie is being fostered in Cookeville, TN area.
