Haggis was found wandering and emaciated. Due to his rough start to life, he can be a little hesitant regarding new people and still has moments where he can be a little sassy. He will need a patient owner who will work with him on his attitude (when he has it). Haggis likes to cuddle his person and enjoys other dogs. He does well on a leash.
